Hi, I’m Amber. I’m the creator of Heart & Body Yoga, a space born from my own journey of learning to slow down, listen to my body, and let my heart and voice lead the way.
Here, yoga isn’t about flexibility, fancy poses, or “doing it right.” My practices are embodied experiences blending yin, gentle flows, and energy awareness to nurture emotional healing, balance your nervous system, and restore inner harmony. It’s about creating a safe place to breathe, move, and truly feel at ease in your own body.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, as you are. We’re all a little messy, we’re all human, and we’re already enough. That’s what I hope you feel when you join this practice. You can drop the striving, quiet the noise, and finally come home to yourself.
Here, you won’t find perfection or pressure. Instead, you’ll find softness, realness, and the support of a teacher walking this path right alongside you, still figuring it out, still learning every day to live more from the heart than from the head.
